Station 31

• The preconstruction meeting with the City of Auburn is complete.
• The design team is progressing with the Schematic Design drawing set.
• Construction is anticipated to begin in Fall 2026.

Station 36

• Construction is currently in progress.
• Exterior: Crews are installing brick and metal siding. Roofing is nearly complete and will be finished as weather allows.
• Interior: Crews continue to work on MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) rough-in and have started installing insulation and drywall.

Station 38

• Building Permit and SEPA Permit applications are under review by the city.
• Project bidding is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.
