Station 36 

Construction on Station 36 is continuing to progress! The station’s structural steel installation has been completed. The next steps will be working on the building roof, decking, as well as the foundations, rebar, and slab for the fuel fill station.

VRFA Headquarters

A pre-application meeting with the city has been completed, marking an important early milestone for the project. The design team is currently developing the Design Development (DD) drawing set, laying the groundwork for the next phase. Project bidding is anticipated to begin in the first quarter of 2026.

Station 31 

The design team is working closely with project leads to refine the layout through ongoing cost estimating, ensuring the final plan balances functionality and budget. With these preparations underway, construction is targeted to begin in Fall 2026.

Station 38

The project continues to move forward with key pre-construction milestones. The Land Use permit has been submitted to the city, and the Building permit is expected to follow within the next month. The design team is currently narrowing in on exterior material selections while continuing to refine the overall design and cost estimates. Project bidding is targeted for the first quarter of 2026
